We are affiliated with the Hapkido International Association (HIA), led by Grandmaster Bermas (Jong Hyuk) Kim (9th Degree) (below left) and the Korean based Moomookwan Hapkido Association, one of the oldest Hapkido schools in the world (established in 1963). Our Instructor, Mr Craig Cairney (centre), has studied Korean martial arts for more than 30 years, accumulating a wealth of knowledge and enthusiasm which he generously passes onto his students. He states: “there are no secret techniques, just hard work and practice.”

Master Cairney provides a great example to his students by continuing to develop and refine his own skills.   He emphasises the need to continue training at all levels.
