Classes are more than simply punching, blocking and kicking.
Hapkido is the ultimate martial art and self defense. You learn how to control any attacker, and building confidence to deal with confronting situations (like being bullied).

Hapkido is an excellent means to bring out your potential. Our Syllabus is designed to build confidence, co-ordination and skills at each level. Essential foundation techniques, patterns and other aspects of Hapkido are taught in a safe, disciplined and positive manner. The syllabus is not ‘just invented ‘, there are over 140 effective self defense techniques that you will learn up to black belt.
Though regular training you can develop fitness and build up your skills. Major skills include: break falling, techniques including: wrist escapes, restraining, block/counter, stepping, patterns (forms), breathing and meditation exercises, balance, kicking, punching – all leading to self-control.
When can I train?
There are seven (7) classes a week you can attend:
- Monday-Thursday @ 7:30pm
- Monday & Wendesday @ 6:30pm
- Saturday @ 4:30pm
We do not have grade specific classes. This is the traditional martial arts training way, and through this way you learn more.
What are my training options?
It is really up to you. You can train by the session or go for unlimited training options.
