Have you just earnt your fitness degree and looking to build up your personal training clients?

Are you a part-time yoga instructor who has a small group and need temporary indoor space?

Melbourne Hapkido Academy has 150 square meters of training space to-let for personal trainers, yoga  instructors and others seeking all weather indoor training space.

Facilities include:

• 132 square meters of 40mm mats.
• 220 square meters of space.
• High roof space.
• Lots of natural light.
• Carpeted lounge area.
• Male-Female toilets.
• Shower with change area (x1).
• Tea, coffee and microwave facilities.
• Your own key.
• No air-conditioning in training area.

Availability*:

• Monday-Friday 6am to 5:00pm.
• Saturday 6am-1:30pm, plus after 6pm.
• Sunday – all day.
• Note: maximum numbers allowed 10 people.

Rates: starting from $44 per hour for one (1) hour* to $22 per hour for 4+ hours a week – equivalent to council hall hire rates for sporting/fitness or like activities.   AND, better rates for long-term and regular weekly users.  A refundable booking/key deposit will be required ($100).

*A hour is 50 minutes. Times available are subject to Melbourne Hapkido Academy’s own requirements, meaning: we do hold events on weekends through out the year (such as the 10th December 2011 all day event, check our calendar).

Eligibility: you will require relevant verifiable qualifications for your activity and appropriate insurance cover.

Payment: when you are ready to go we will establish a PayPal link for direct debit payments from your Debit or Credit card. Or advance payments can be made via EFTPOS.  Cancellations will need to be made with in 24 hours.
