We have linked into the mobile App Hapkido class #29 for students to do over the lockdown weekend (it is also on the Website). A great class helping you to improve your flexibility and ultimately your kicking. A must!
With the mobile app you can do this class and more Hapkido training outdoors.
Class #29 plus 46 other Hapkido, weapons and Hapki-Sundo classes can be found on the Website along with over 350 other videos. Over 85 videos are now in the App.

We are closed until Thursday 18th February 2021 unless notified otherwise. It is only 5 days. We can all do this together. If we can open on Thursday we are considering a make up Friday class as well.
Stage 4 restrictions are now in place. Your can only leave home for the four (4) essential reasons and 5km travel rule applies.

May 5, 2020at 6:03 pmHi Charlie and Ned, Yeongul Palchaggi #4 is: Chiga Chagi (right leg), step down, Dolyo Chagi (left leg), the same left leg Chiga Chagi again. 4 way kicking pattern you know and do well in class that is: Chiga Chagi, Chiga Chagi, Slap/Axe Kick, Jumping Front Kick.
